“I was in my late 30’s approaching 270lbs. I felt like an old man, so tired, achy and just noooo energy. My physical health wasn’t the only thing tanking on me. It was also taking a toll on my mind and mental health. I was on anxiety medicines battling PTSD from years earlier. I could barely get through my day and I knew I had to get to the root cause of all of this.
I made the DECISION to make a change and did not want to keep living in poor health. I changed some habits and started losing some weight. I knew if I had a coach and a plan to follow that I had the willpower to overcome my bad health habits cause I was sick of living that way.
I got referred to Adam by my Doctor. We set up a phone call. He asked me the areas I wanted to work on and he made me a customized plan to what I wanted to do.
I stuck to the plan and the results started showing up! Once again not just physically but mentally too. The mental clarity that comes along with physical health is crazy. I am no longer on anxiety medication and haven’t felt physically healthier in my life at age 41. I also found out that once you start showing up every day for yourself physically, that consistency and self discipline will start showing up in all areas of your life.”

I’ve read books and did some of my own research, but Tymberlyn was able to help me move to the next level of understanding.
